SLAF (Fina Coaches Certification, Assistant Coaches Course

The St. Lucia Aquatics Federation has been given the green light to host a FINA Coaches Certification, Assistant Coaches course. Interested persons (newer coaches, persons who have not updated or attended clinics in years etc) may want to take advantage of this opportunity so that they may be certified at this level in order to move on to the Coaches course and the Advanced Coaches course. As you may already know in the very near future FINA will require all coaches attending FINA events to be FINA certified. This course will have an online part where candidates are given a password to enter the FINA GMS for study information. It will conclude with a three day Face to Face with a FINA Lecturer who will come to St Lucia to conduct the Face to Face 19-21 July 2019. For purposes of registration all interested persons are asked to submit a scanned digital copy of the bio page of their passport by Sunday May 19, 2019. Limited space is available therefore this will be done on a first come first serve basis.
